Erection of a double height single storey
extension to the existing gym at ground floor
and associated works.
It is proposed to provide a 1418sqm new extension
to the existing gym within the base of the building to
improve and enhance the offering available.
Alongside this, it is also proposed to relocate
the gym entrance to the piazza via a new glass
and metal screen in addition to activating the
Hammersmith Road frontage through simplification to
the massing and improvements to the façade. This is
achieved by way of additional glazing and a metal
band to tie the new elements together.
Public realm and landscaping improvements on
Hammersmith Road are also proposed as well as a
new roof terrace to the extension, available to the
office occupants.
Coproman is working with the Client to deliver the scheme via the construction management route.
