The main jewel in the crown was re-configuration, fresh new look and additional functionalities of the main entrance and reception lobby.
Some out of hours work, tight deadlines and last minute deliveries of the long leading items meant our team had to say razor sharp managing the programme, communicating with all project stakeholders and keeping an eye on the budget all while the building remained operational.
