Same building, different option for the incoming tenant. This time, we've completely stripped out 3 vacant floors, gave a fresh look to 2 of then as a Shell & Core spec and fitted out 1 to CAT A specification.
Simple changes made a huge difference, as demand surged once people were able to see what can be achieved and blank canvas was laid.
